orang kata, sbelum nikmat, perlu ada penyeksaan, barulah nikmat itu terasa. mungkin benar, lebih2 lagi setelah semalam.

bagi aku, cabaran terbesar menjadi seorang blogger bkanlah nak mencari idea ape yg nak ditulis. kerana bagi aku, idea tu boleh muncul di mane2 sahaje. mcam korg la. setiap hari ak online ade je post baru, menunjukkan yg mudah je nak carik inspirasi ni.
cabaran sebenar pade aku ialah untuk menceritakan idea tu. macam mane nak mengolah supaya bile org bace, die akan bace smpai habis, bkan terhenti stgh jalan. sbb walau macamane pun mantap idea tu, tp kalau korg tk tau bgaimane nak mempersembahkan cerita itu secare menarik, maka orang tkkan bace.
sebab tu la aku 'menyepi' seketika. bukan tak tau ape yg nak ditulis, cume tak tau mcamane nak menulis. nak tulis komen kat korg2 nyer post pn aku tak berupaya. mungkin sel2 otak ak banyak yg dah mati. harap2 tidak, sebab dah nak belajar semula ni. kalu mati, tak larat la nak generate baru banyak2 secepat yg mungkin.
tgk, skrg aku pun dah tak tau nak cakap ape......

first
12 January, 2009
12 days. that's how long you have to wait for my first post of 2009. in case you have been waiting, then i would like to apologize. it's not because i'm busy or something like that. just doesn't have anything interesting to write here.
this week a tragedy hit my family. my brother, second in the siblings order, behind me, was involved in an accident. he was riding in a motorcycle, and was about to take a turn in a junction when a speeding car hit him on the side. thankfully, it's not fatal as he only suffered a broken leg and a few minor injuries.
now my brother had suffered a few injuries during his rugby playing career at school. in fact, he once dislocated his shoulder in a training. but this one is much serious than that, especially when he's going to be in a surgery for his injury. not only that, since my brother did not have a driving license, police are going to be involved in this matter. add insurance claim to the problem, and my parents are forced to "pays him a visit". in case you're wondering, he is studying in penang.
therefore, my parents had bestowed me with the responsibility as the "Guardian Of the House". heh. that means i have to take care of my two sister, who stayed because of school, as well as daily house chores, like cooking, cleaning and so on. being a professional slacker, this is surely a big task entrusted to me. but so far, i think i'm doing just fine. heh.
the task also however caused me to miss a mini reunion with my fellow friends. i got a very rare invitation by ridhwan serabut to watch the clash of the titans between man u and chelsea. apparently nazir kimpit also present. damn, how i miss watching football with my friends. screaming and shouting at every opportunity missed, slamming the table when not satisfied with the ref's call, it always made my day.
still, the manner of our victory brighten up the day a little bit. in fact, it even surprises me. 3-0. this is not the chelsea we know. it's like we're playing west brom or something. definitely now, the result will put more misery to the chelsea camp. and i'm sure at the end of season, scolari will be replaced. or at least that's where he's heading now. it's shame, because he had a very good record as a coach. but then, i guess day-to-day management might not suite him best.
now, to a more serious issue. the gaza conflict. no, it's not a conflict. i believe the word massacre will be more appropriate. it has been going for a long time now, yet it doesn't seem to be nearer to solution. more and more innocent people are killed, and it hurts even more to recognise them as our brother and sisters in islam.
i applauded the efforts of my fellow friends like hadi and reza, who keeps giving more and more info about what's happening there. i certainly hope that you guys will keep up you're good work. this is the least that we can do, other than prayers of course. i really hope that one day the victory against our enemies will finally be achieved.
i guess that's it for now. ciao.

my refrigerator..
30 December, 2008
it was 7.45 p.m, just after maghrib prayer. i was feeling a bit thirsty. so i went to the kitchen, straight to the the fridge to look for refreshments. there was a bottle of apple juice, and a jug of water. in the end, i settled for a cup of water. weird choice, yes i know.
as i was enjoying my drink, i left the fridge door open. i was still indulging my drink when i heard a weird noise from the fridge. it was not that loud, but still it was enough to attract my attention. at first, i thought it might be the sound of a mouse or a lizard trapped behind the fridge. but after a closer inspection, i find out that the noise came form the fridge itself. it sounded like this:
tit, tit, tit....a very machine like sound
i was curious, but at the same time i was feeling excited. i mean, fridges aren't suppose to make any noises, are they? i could feel like the fridge was trying to communicate to me, send me some message, or perhaps it just want to have a chat with it's master, who knows?
and so, my imagination became wilder. maybe that my fridge was transmitting a message from an alien being, declaring friendship or whatever. it could also be that my fridge somehow intercepted a message from an intergalactic warships to their fighter jets, telling the time to invade our earth. maybe that my fridge just happens to be a robot in disguise, like sam witwicky's chevy camaro? it could be, right?
somehow, my brain started to work properly again, and it completely shut off my imagination with a big "NO! there's no way stuff like that are going to happen, except in movies of course. so cut the crap, and get out of the kitchen. and close the fridge door". and so i did.
i was leaving, but somehow my curiosity got the better of me, so i opened the fridge again just to make sure. and there was nothing, just plain silence, much to my disappointment.
perhaps whatever the sound was, it could feel my lack of interest, and therefore leaves to find another person who are interested.
if that's the case, then i must say i had let a chance of once-in-lifetime adventure slip out of my hand. damn.
it's only later i realised that maybe the fridge was making noises because i let door open for too long.
so, if there was any message from the fridge to me, it could be
"please close the door, will you?"
so my hopes for an unrealistic adventure disappeared again.. cehh..
salam maal hijrah to all of you..

the season so far
27 December, 2008
so, the boxing day bonanza is here again. the special occasion where the englishmen decided that they are willing to sacrifice their festive season and play two games in the space of three days. all of this just to entertain us, or so i wish.
anyway, boxing day also mark that the season is already halfway through. so, i thought this might be the perfect time to give my review of the current season. it might be a bit late, but still not too late, i believe. so, here goes..
best player: nicholas anelka scoring spree might encourage many to pick him, but i believe the best performer so far this season come from the league leaders, liverpool in the shape of dirk kuyt. with torres injured and keane firing blanks most of the time, kuyt has rediscover his scoring touch and had been contributing some important goals for liverpool. add that with his superhuman work rate, and you got yourself a very excellent player.
best young player: call me biased, but i believe no one deserved this more than rafael da silva. to shunned two more established defenders in your first year of senior football is something not many players has been able to do, and he did just that. while his and his twin fabio rise to prominence is reminiscent of neville brothers, we surely hope that fabio doesn't suffer the same fate as phil had.
best transfer: while wigan's amr zaki will be automatic choice of many, i do feel that martin o'neill made a better deal bringing in steve sidwell and brad fridel to the midlands. sidwell rose from a dreadful season with chelsea, commanding the midfield and disposing reo-coker to the bench in the process, while friedel has been... well, brad friedel.
worst transfer: jo, dossena, robbie keane, berbatov, hadji diouf.. pick anyone you like from a very long list.. you can even pick mark hughes.
biggest surprise: hull city exceeded all expectations by being where they are right now, but the biggest surprise is that come january, liverpool are still contesting the league title.
not-so-surprise: robbie keane becoming another, apart from torres of course, woeful striker bought by benitez.
best debut: hull deserve another mention here, so did amr zaki, but no one could better joe 'f******' kinnear. in his first press conference as newcastle manager, he swears to the press and repeatedly mentioning the word 'c***' to a journalist. what a way to start your new job.
wind of change: long before obama was elected as the first us black president, the premier league introduced their first black manager in the shape of paul ince. he did not fared well though, and was sacked after 17 games. hope obama will do better. a lot better.
rearguard action: after so many shocking results, many believed that the gulf of quality between the big four and the rest of the league are getting narrow, but i see it as more lesser teams elected to play defensively against the bigger team, preventing them from playing the ball and try to hit them on counter attack and set pieces. ala bolton in big sam's time.
old is gold: at the age of 35 and 34, ryan giggs and nick barmby are still strutting their stuffs at the highest level, proving that experience still counts in this era of fast and furious.
biggest letdown: an array of brazillian superstars, led by the 32-million-man, or kid i suppose, robinho at manchester city who are supposed to set the premiership alight with their football. they failed. miserably.
unsolved mystery: how arsenal managed to beat man u and chelsea, but lost to fulham and stoke still baffled everyone, including the scotland yard officers.
biggest confession: william gallas reveals all about arsenal's dressing room unrest and his feud with a certain player to the press, which resulted in him losing the captaincy of arsenal.
best modesty: cristiano ronaldo claiming he should be the no. one, two and three of the fifa best player award. quite humble guy, isn't he?
now, i could rant more and more, but i guess i save them for my end of season review. until then, enjoy football.

sembang2 kosong..
19 December, 2008
owh, dah lame tak menulis. takdela lame sgt, baru seminggu je pun. still, walaupun hasil penulisan aku tidak seprolifik nazir kimpit yg menulis post baru setiap 20 jam, hati ini sgt kepingin utk menceritakan sesuatu. maka, aku menulisla segale sampah yg bermain di fikiran aku. kalau takde mase nak bace bende yg mengarut, korg boleh berhenti bace sekarang. consider yourself warned. haha.
setakat ni, hidup aku sgt biase. kebanyakn mase dihabiskan di hadapan komputer, sekali sekala pergi bermain futsal, takpun dota (komputer gak) bersame rakan2. tu jela yg mmpu aku lakukan, smentara rakan2 yg dekat2 ni masih bercuti. nnt diorg dah blah, termanggu2 aku kesepian selama 2 bulan lbih tggu fly..
bercakap pasal fly, nampaknya macam aku seorang je yg masih tak buat ape2. dgrnye semua rakan yg ke melbourne dah ade rumah. even rakan2 kat rmit pun dah pakat rumah masing2. nampaknye, aku macam kene tidur tepi longkang jela sorang2. nak buat macam mane, dah kene tinggal.shopping lgla, nnt aku pgla menjarah segale bundle kt lembah klang ni cari kelengkapan aku. haha.
lg mengnai fly, walaupun aku malas nak bersiap, nampakye semua org bersungguh nak tolong aku. umelb bertubi2 menghantar email mengenai macam2 program untuk mereka yg nak fly ni. ade pre-departure briefing la, jumpe prof la, ntah ape2 lgla. semai mesra lak, tak cukup dgn email, hantar bukan satu, tapi DUA jemputan gi kem tu. mane diorg dapat alamat aku aku pun tak tau. semangat sgguh firsab. adik die ntah pg ke tidak.. hahaha. kalau adik kau pergi firsab suruh die bwak buah hati kesayangan die skali.. hahaha..
minggu lpas terlpas peluang untuk ke pc fair pasal balik kampung. bukan ade duit pun nak beli ape, cume nak sekdar tgk2 gadget2 terkini (cewahh.. bajet hi tech lak) ngan tgk2 laptop, mane tau berkenan. beberapa recomendation dari rakan2 mencadangkan beli asus, takpun lenovo, tapi aku tak sure, aku ni bute it sket. bapak aku syorkan hp, tp memikirkan camane laptop felix ranap dek dota 22 jam sehari dulu, rasenye aku tak berminat dgn hp.. tgkla nnt camane..
tak sahla kalau aku, rayap tak sembang pasal bola. tgk mu main lawan gamba osaka ptg tadi agak kecewa hati nurani aku ni. defend sgt mudah dibolosi. kalau gamba dah boleh score tiga, camane nak lawan ldu nnt. sgt2 jelas yg neville dah tak boleh main lg. nampak sgt yg die tak fit, walaupun alasan letih travel jauh boleh dipakai. walaupun legend, seperti mane yg kawan aku cakap, still die sendiri patut dah tau yg die tak mungkin dapat main lg utk full 90 minutes cam zaman2 die muda dulu. masih ade sinar2 kecemerlangan dari giggs dan scholes, tpi, dgn barisan pemain mude yg lg fresh dan bertenaga, tak tau berape lame lg diorg akan bertahan. agaknye diorg retired dulu dari ferguson. heh.
cakap pasal isu semasa lak. perisitwa tanah runtuh kat bukit antarabngsa, walaupun dah lame berlaku, masih lagi hangat diperkatekan. di tabloid2 malaysia, yg rasmi mahupun yg alternatif, masih lg memainkan isu ni. salah menyalahkan makin rancak berlaku, lg2 bile kerajaan negeri dgn pusat len2 kepala. masing2 taknak ngaku salah, point kat org len gak. agak kecewa gkla, kerana patutnye pade mase2 getir ni, sepatutnye semua pihak bekerjasama, tp lain lak jadinye.. hishh..
sempat juga aku tgk video di mane penduduk yg terlibat marah2 depan azmin ali. ala, yg kuar berita tu.. terkebil2 azmin menjawabnye. lawak gak aku tgk, tp agak kecewa dgn sikap lelaki tu. yela, die mangsa, mmg patut dapat bantuan, tapi takyahla sampai nak memaki hamun, hanye sebab petugas2 tu taknak tolong die pindah barang dari rumah die. hukaloh, sampai gitu sekali. patutnye die faham, yg petugas dahla sukarela dtg tolong, banyak lg kerja yg die nak buat. takkan nak layan die sorg je. bukannye die sorg bayar cukai kat mpaj. yg kalut selamatkan brg buat ape. pindah dulu, nnt dah selamat bawak la brg sket2. haii, tk paham aku manusia, walaupun aku ni manusia.
panjang rasenye aku dah menulis, baik aku berhenti dulu. kalau korang berade di sini skarang, aku ucapkan syabas, dan terima kasih kerane sggup dgr aku membebel kat sini. korgla sahabat aku dunia akhirat. hahaha..
ciao..
